Caricature Commissions
If you are thinking about a caricature to make an unusual present, to mark an occasion or as an alternative family portrait, studio caricatures are quick and easy to commission, just follow the guide below:
To commission your studio caricature please supply one or more clear photographs or j.pegs of the subject(s) to be caricatured. Choose the size that you require (e.g. A4), if you want colour or black and white, portrait or landscape and any additional specifications. Pictures of particular items to be included in the drawing are also useful. Please note, the quality and facial expression of the caricature depends on the photograph supplied. I can then provide a quote for your bespoke caricature. Prices start at £25.
A pencil sketch will be made of your caricature and e-mailed to you, where possible, for your approval. Alterations or additions can be made at this stage. The caricature is then inked in and colour added if desired. Urgent commissions may be able to be turned around in around three days but I normally require two weeks to ensure a good result. Caricatures are not framed but framing can be arranged upon request.
